Location: Hybrid (Warren, Michigan); must report to office at least 3 times a week

What you will do

• Implement functional strategy and coordinate programs for the design and implementation of technical products.
• Provide expert judgment and analysis for the development of engineered joints.
• Resolve highly complex technical issues and conduct advanced research to optimize systems.
• Recommend alterations to development and design to improve product and procedure quality.
• Lead and direct the work of other team members within the function.

Requirements

• Extensive personal experience and discernment in design release engineering.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the technical function and field practices.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future (including H1-B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, etc.).
• Must be able to work from the Warren, Michigan location according to the hybrid schedule.
