What you will do

• Develop and evaluate designs for New Product Introduction (NPI), New Source Introduction (NSI), and cost reduction efforts.
• Coordinate PRL hardware for lab testing following ISO documentation procedures to maintain traceability.
• Conduct in-test and post-test analysis including oil consumption, blowby, and wear life projections.
• Manage PRL design control, executing print releasing, deviations, and Process Change Notifications.
• Collaborate with a global supply base to resolve issues and ensure quality expectations.
• Utilize simulation tools to enable simulation-led design for concept analysis and selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and engineering simulation tools.
• Proven ability to design and develop products from concept through to production.
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
• Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois.
• Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
