What you will do

• Lead and execute end-to-end quality activities for new site and product launches to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Develop and maintain APQP and PFEP documentation, including process flow diagrams, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities with cross-functional operations, engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Design and implement training materials and standardized work instructions for workforce readiness.
• Analyze operations data to identify gaps and implement best practices and standardized quality metrics.
• Provide on-site support for product containment and shop floor quality during launch phases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in automotive, medical devices, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with structured launch processes and APQP tools (FMEA, process mapping).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across North America.
