Salary: $77,000 – $95,000 annually

What you will do

• Support product development through prototype design, engineering analysis, and industrialization
• Plan, execute, and report on engineering requests and customer-driven design tasks
• Develop parametric design tools, automation systems, and 3D CAD models for bearings
• Collaborate with global manufacturing teams on specifications and manufacturability
• Drive engineering change requests, product updates, and deviation handling
• Contribute to performance benchmarking and assist sales with technical expertise
• Improve engineering workflows with new tools and optimized processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years in product engineering, project engineering, or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
• Proficiency with CREO and parametric CAD design
• Familiarity with PDM Link / PTC Windchill
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills and communication in English
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
