What you will do

• Settle Total Loss claims with vehicle owners and lienholders.
• Secure vehicle releases, negotiate release fees, and manage salvage relocation.
• Mitigate expenses for storage and rentals within state compliance.
• Process paperwork for title transfers and secure salvage returns.
• Evaluate Actual Cash Value (ACV) based on condition, options, and market availability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all internal and external interactions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Auto Total Loss Settlement experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Current experience completing total loss settlements with an insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with estimating platforms: Mitchell UltraMate, CCC One, and/or Audatex.
• Thorough understanding of UPD estimates, parts costs, and fraud detection.
• Unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
