What you will do

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of legacy claims with a focus on Reinsurance Casualty.
• Report on key watchlist claims and represent the company at market and client meetings.
• Ensure adherence to reserving philosophy and diary management protocols to drive performance.
• Identify and monitor complex losses for reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate a customer-focused approach to claims through clear and personable communication.
• Support team KPIs and participate in claim audits as required.

Requirements

• Relevant London Market experience and proficiency in using ECF.
• Proven experience handling direct and reinsurance claims.
• Strong negotiation and independent organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills for representing the company at meetings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work as a team player across multiple classes of business.
