Salary: $113,000–$130,000 base + 10% variable

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional accounts, ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze partner KPIs (sales volume, conversion, revenue) and present monthly performance recaps.
- Manage technical and marketing buyflows, auditing digital journeys and verifying API integrations.
- Identify and implement performance improvements and testing within the ecosystem.
- Drive monetization growth by evolving partner compensation and commission structures.
- Handle the administrative lifecycle of partnerships, including contracts and commission reconciliation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations.
- Direct experience with large national or regional companies in telecommunications, home services, or utility sectors.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker.
- Ability to manage complex technical requirements for digital integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale ISP, Fiber, Wireless, Insurance, or Home Utility brands.
- Background in SaaS or performance marketing environments.
- Familiarity with performance-based compensation models (CPC, CPL, or CPA).
- Technical fluency in APIs, data integrations, and reporting tools.
