Salary: $113,000–$130,000 base + 10% variable

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional accounts, ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze partner KPIs (sales volume, conversion, revenue) and present monthly performance recaps.
  • Manage technical and marketing buyflows, auditing digital journeys and verifying API integrations.
  • Identify and implement performance improvements and testing within the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Drive monetization growth by evolving partner compensation and commission structures.
  • Handle the administrative lifecycle of partnerships, including contracts and commission reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations.
  • Direct experience with large national or regional companies in telecommunications, home services, or utility sectors.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Looker.
  • Ability to manage complex technical requirements for digital integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale ISP, Fiber, Wireless, Insurance, or Home Utility brands.
  • Background in SaaS or performance marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with performance-based compensation models (CPC, CPL, or CPA).
  • Technical fluency in APIs, data integrations, and reporting tools.
