What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-channel private sector engagement framework to identify high-potential revenue streams and co-sell opportunities.
- Cultivate high-impact relationships with private sector companies, industry leaders, and emerging AI startups to advance responsible technology adoption.
- Translate emerging AI and ML technologies into actionable pathways for government adoption, balancing innovation with responsibility.
- Develop and monitor a KPI framework across social impact, partnership breadth, and revenue growth.
- Manage a disciplined partnership pipeline using CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and field leadership.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of professional experience in technology partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through private sector collaborations and B2G models.
- Expert-level skills in negotiating complex commercial agreements, MOUs, and revenue-sharing contracts.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and AI/ML deployment trends.
- Must reside full-time within the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- Background in B2G, civic technology, or social impact partnerships.
- Professional experience working directly with artificial intelligence.
- Experience transitioning an organization from a direct-sales model to a partner-led or co-sell growth model.
- Familiarity with government technology procurement vehicles.
