Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business within hospital-based NICU teams.
  • Serve as the primary account contact for neonatologists, hospitalists, and clinical staff.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations communicating the value of rapid genomic testing.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Health Systems to engage leadership and drive optimal sequencing utilization.
  • Lead educational initiatives, including hospital presentations, conferences, and clinical meetings.
  • Monitor utilization metrics and case studies to reinforce the use case of rapid whole genome sequencing (rWGS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years in healthcare or hospital-based sales, preferably focused on NICU or genetics.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel ~75% of the time, including some weekends, evenings, or overnights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience documenting opportunities in CRM.
