What you will do

• Oversee the daily health and performance of Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Maintain and organize CRM systems to ensure precise lead tracking and attribution.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for client updates and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate campaign launches, track deliverables, and support A/B testing for creatives and audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC) and compile insights for internal and client reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with digital marketing campaigns, specifically Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital funnels and campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with data, dashboards, and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of tracking systems such as Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTMs.
• Experience in improving lead quality and developing operational SOPs.
• Familiarity with various CRM platforms and funnel strategies.
