What you will do

• Develop creative strategies using data, research, and insights to drive client revenue growth.
• Write scripts and copy for video ads, static images, and email campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams to ensure visuals align with strategic goals.
• Analyze creative test results in Meta and TikTok Ads Managers to iterate and optimize content.
• Perform consumer, product, and competitor research to identify trending concepts.
• Manage weekly strategic account planning and identify top-performing concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Proven experience with Paid Social or Direct Response (DR) marketing.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable creative insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
