What you will do

• Provide timely and accurate front-line support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Proactively manage and follow up on client cases from opening to resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop expertise in security, escalation practices, and hirify.global's business units (Private Markets and Valuations).
• Test new features and bug fixes while surfacing customer feedback for product development.
• Collaborate with the team through mentorship and thorough knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a call-center or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise when communicating with C-level executives and law firms.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
