hirify.global is a fast-growing, tech-enabled B Corp providing automated back-office solutions for micro SMEs, including corporate secretarial, accounting, and fintech payment services.

What you will do

  • Resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with speed and clarity.
  • Guide clients through digital onboarding and document submission processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to business incorporation and accounting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points to suggest workflow and help center improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Malaysia
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (non-negotiable); Cantonese proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Zendesk, Aircall, and Slack.
  • Self-motivated with a dedicated, quiet workspace and stable internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Hong Kong business regulations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
