What you will do
- Assist members with platform usage and serve as the first line of defense for technical issues.
- Diagnose member problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge library of platform functionality.
- Track and maintain key success metrics and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.
- Refine customer-facing AI agents and leverage AI tools to increase support scalability and output.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a support or technical role.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to McLean, VA.
- Strong problem-solving and written communication skills.
- Experience with financial services technology.
- SaaS startup or FinTech experience is preferred.
- BS or BA degree is preferred.
