What you will do

• Drive long-range planning, annual operating plans, and monthly reforecasts by consolidating inputs from finance teams and leading executive discussions.
• Lead monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and executive narratives for enterprise-wide views.
• Own production of board packs, earnings materials, and investor relations content, coordinating across teams.
• Manage Pigment platform for planning and consolidation, partnering on integrations and improvements.
• Lead and develop a small Corporate Finance team of Senior Manager and Senior Analyst, growing as needed.

Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate FP&A or finance with progressive leadership at a public company
• Experience leading planning cycles, consolidated reporting, board materials, and investor relations coordination
• Player-coach mentality: lead team and processes while hands-on when needed
• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms like Pigment, Anaplan, or similar
• Strong communication to explain complex topics clearly to leadership
• Collaborative style, curiosity about AI tools like Claude
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Hands-on AI tool experience in finance
• Pigment implementation or model build
• Experience from consumer tech, subscription, or SaaS with multiple revenue streams
