What you will do

• Partner with the GM and cross-functional leaders (Product, Operations, Supply Chain) to track performance and growth initiatives.
• Define and measure key business performance metrics and scorecards to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop investment-grade business cases, quantifying risks and paybacks to inform strategic investment decisions.
• Own the P&L narrative by maintaining dynamic economic models and producing monthly performance briefings for executives.
• Convert complex financial analysis into dashboards and self-service assets to enable cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrable impact as a business partner to a GM or Business Unit.
• Advanced hands-on modeling skills: driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis, and unit economics.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and move cross-functional teams to action.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth, product-led, or e-commerce environments.
• Technical fluency with SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Sigma, or similar analytics tools.
