Partner Enablement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Design and manage end-to-end partner training, certification, onboarding, and activation programs.
• Deliver enablement sessions and workshops while building scalable curricula for hirify.global’s CX and AI platform.
• Drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement among top-tier partners.
• Facilitate pilot programs and support early-stage partner deployments.
• Communicate solution value and ROI, promote incentives and growth pathways, and support partner-led opportunities.
• Track program operations, certification progress, performance gaps, and stakeholder execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience with consulting firms or system integrators is preferred.
• United States-based applicants must complete work authorization verification through E-Verify.
