What you will do
- Design and deliver end-to-end training, certification, and onboarding programs for partners
- Drive partner activation, awareness, and adoption through pilots and early deployments
- Communicate economic value, ROI, and incentives to partners
- Manage program operations, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Identify gaps, refine programs based on feedback, and navigate complex organizations
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting
- Proven experience leading training, certification, or onboarding programs
- Experience with consulting firms or system integrators preferred
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills
- High-energy, resilient, proactive, and able to balance strategy with execution
