What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end training, certification, and onboarding programs for partners
• Drive partner activation, awareness, and adoption through pilots and early deployments
• Communicate economic value, ROI, and incentives to partners
• Manage program operations, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Identify gaps, refine programs based on feedback, and navigate complex organizations

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting
• Proven experience leading training, certification, or onboarding programs
• Experience with consulting firms or system integrators preferred
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills
• High-energy, resilient, proactive, and able to balance strategy with execution
