TL;DR

Group Reporting Specialist (Finance): Own a defined portfolio of monthly/quarterly group close, consolidation, technical-accounting and SOX activities under US GAAP/IFRS with an accent on multi-entity consolidations and auditor interactions. Focus on leading entity onboarding, authoring technical memos on revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, and driving SOX control improvements.

What you will do

• Own a slice of monthly/quarterly Group consolidation including one-off transactions and entity onboarding (acquisitions, SPVs, restructurings).
• Prepare consolidation packs, workpapers, and manage close calendar in coordination with Accounting Team.
• Author technical-accounting memos on revenue (ASC 606/IFRS 15), leases (ASC 842/IFRS 16), business combinations (ASC 805/IFRS 3), and other standards.
• Lead day-to-day auditor relationships and monitor new FASB/IASB pronouncements.
• Operate, document, and own SOX controls end-to-end including design improvements and remediation.
• Contribute to Form 20-F, press releases, and footnote disclosures.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years in accounting/financial reporting; 2+ years post-qualification in industry/group reporting.
• Big 4 or top-tier firm trained with hands-on IFRS expertise (US GAAP plus).
• Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience (NetSuite preferred).
• SOX knowledge and direct Big 4 auditor interface experience.
• Strong written English for memos, disclosures, audit responses.
• Work authorization in the Netherlands required.

• Experience with HFM, OneStream, SAP BFC/BPC.
