What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Annual Reporting team, fostering expertise and career growth
• Manage end-to-end annual report process, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency
• Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders like auditors for smooth reporting
• Stay ahead of reporting trends, standards, and regulations to innovate integrated reporting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance with completed RA (or equivalent)
• 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in annual reporting at multinational or accounting firm
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and CSRD
• Proven project management in cross-departmental, multi-stakeholder projects
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage senior professionals
