What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies based on social and creator culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, social, creator partnerships, and brand teams to amplify key moments.
• Shape narratives and conduct research for award submissions and speaking engagements.
• Identify media opportunities by researching journalists, podcasts, newsletters, and cultural trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, creators, and non-traditional community leaders.
• Propose innovative PR ideas that redefine modern communication for the brand.

Requirements

• Experience: Ideally 2-4 years in PR, Social Media, or a creator economy role.
• Deep understanding of creator culture and success drivers on social platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills with a knack for spotting emerging cultural movements.
• Knowledge of modern media landscapes and how attention moves across digital channels.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
