What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies to drive brand awareness and perception.
• Own day-to-day media relations, including agency management, press releases, and crisis communications.
• Design and maintain low-code/no-code AI workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make to automate monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and refine prompt libraries for LLMs (Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate content drafting and repurposing.
• Operationalize the comms tech stack by connecting Meltwater, Sprout Social, Asana, and Glean.
• Serve as the Quality Control Lead to ensure AI-assisted materials meet brand voice and accuracy standards.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS Communications or PR.
• Proficiency in automated workflows, RAG, and Marketing AI tools.
• Expertise in PR and media relations for the enterprise software and IT infrastructure market.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to humanize AI drafts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas.
