Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Hybrid model with meeting hours optimized for the Pacific Time Zone (PT); in-person attendance required at least once per year.
Salary: $185,000 – $210,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end PR strategy and execution across top-tier healthcare, science, and public health media.
- Own research-driven storytelling programs in partnership with research teams.
- Drive PR strategy for major announcements, events, and emerging healthcare moments.
- Craft messaging, media materials, and briefings for senior executives.
- Monitor competitor messaging and market narratives to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Manage rapid response and issues communications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available (e.g., F-1 OPT, H1-B).
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, data, or research-intensive environments.
- Proven success in driving executive visibility and thought leadership programs.
- Strong existing relationships with top-tier journalists.
- Ability to translate complex clinical or data insights into clear, compelling stories.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Product Managers within agile methodology.
- Background in product strategy, marketing strategy, or growth leadership.
- Experience supporting C-level executives in high-growth or transformational environments.
