Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Waltham, MA, USA. Preferred candidate located in Waltham or able to work EST hours.
Salary: $107,500 - $188,400 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute PR/external communications plans supporting Health division strategies and business priorities.
- Nurture strategic partnerships with Tier 1 media, trade publications, and industry analysts to increase visibility.
- Write and distribute communication assets, including press releases, bylined articles, and crisis holding statements.
- Support executives with media training, talking points, and speaking engagement proposals.
- Monitor and measure PR performance using tools like Meltwater and Public Relay.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across priority markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
- At least 7 years of media relations/external communications experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Established network of contacts across Tier 1 media, trade publications, and broadcast.
- Experience in crisis communications, including legal and investor relations.
- Native fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Advanced degrees or certifications in external communications and marketing.
- Experience with AI prompting and GenAI tools in communications.
- Fluency in other European languages.
