What you will do

• Develop and execute external communications strategies to elevate the brand among press, analysts, and partners.
• Create strategic messaging and briefing materials for major company announcements and leadership communications.
• Lead day-to-day PR efforts, including story mining, pitch development, and proactive media outreach for high-impact coverage.
• Build and manage relationships with tier-1 business, technology, and industry media, podcasts, and creators.
• Support analyst relations by crafting positioning, briefing decks, and evaluation materials.
• Partner with internal teams to integrate announcements into cohesive, on-brand programs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or executive comms, preferably in high-growth tech or top-tier agencies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to translate complex technical concepts into compelling stories.
• Proven record of cultivating media relationships and securing meaningful coverage across business and tech outlets.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, providing thoughtful counsel and reliable follow-through.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and a thoughtful approach to communicating AI innovation.

• Familiarity with AI or experience in deep tech sector communications.
• Background writing content for C-level executives or high-visibility stakeholders.
• Experience working with high-growth startups or fast-moving SaaS/B2B tech companies.
