What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance appraisals.
  • Define operational metrics for the team and report performance outcomes to the executive team.
  • Cultivate new business, secure strategic partnerships, and support the closure of key deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to achieve shared organizational objectives.
  • Represent the company in high-stakes customer interactions and at industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in new business development sales.
  • At least 1 year of direct line management experience of outbound sellers.
  • Professional background in B2B SaaS with expertise in transactional sales, methodology, and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling Virtual Data Room (VDR) products.
