What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance appraisals.
- Define operational metrics for the team and report performance outcomes to the executive team.
- Cultivate new business, secure strategic partnerships, and support the closure of key deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to achieve shared organizational objectives.
- Represent the company in high-stakes customer interactions and at industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in new business development sales.
- At least 1 year of direct line management experience of outbound sellers.
- Professional background in B2B SaaS with expertise in transactional sales, methodology, and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

- Experience in selling Virtual Data Room (VDR) products.
