TL;DR

Business Development Executive (SaaS): Bringing in new business development and achieving sales targets with an accent on outreach to key decision-makers and managing the entire sales process. Focus on aligning solutions to partner needs, providing market feedback, and building strong commercial relationships.

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria, with required in-person meetings as appropriate.

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive new business development.
  • Conduct outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English is required; fluency in another language is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong curiosity and desire for continuous growth and development.
