Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow ITSM Professional within a Domain Separated environment supporting 130 clients.
• Design workflows and business rules to optimize platform performance and enhance user satisfaction.
• Manage ServiceNow release upgrades, including technical execution and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to coordinate updates, patches, and configuration adjustments.
• Implement AI capabilities using Now Assist, Agentic Workflows, and Integration Hub.
• Guide onboarding processes for new internal users and external clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in complex, enterprise-level ServiceNow environments for Managed Services Providers.
• Expertise in ITSM Pro modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Inventory, and Service Level).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Flow Designer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Experience managing Domain Separation in a Managed Services setup.
• Familiarity with CSM, ITOM (including CMDB), and IT Asset Management.

• CIS-ITSM certification.
• CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management, and CIS-Service Mapping certifications.
