What you will do

• Manage the configuration, installation, and maintenance of enterprise billing and revenue applications.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and maintain key workflows autonomously.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to set up and document API integrations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual workflows.
• Ensure system security, perform seat audits, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Evaluate tool stacks and vendor contracts to ensure best-in-class capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Applications Administrator or in a similar role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Salesforce RCA/CPQ, and HighRadius.
• Familiarity with the quote-to-cash process, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Strong knowledge of application workflows, identity management, and administrative UIs.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Billing or Zuora Revenue.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or Apex.
