Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do

• Manage and optimize technology operations for 3 global studios
• Create and implement technical infrastructure to support business needs and resolve process bottlenecks
• Collaborate with global IT teams on long-term technology processes, requirements, and solutions
• Leverage AI and machine learning to build efficient business processes and workflows
• Partner with infosec and privacy teams to ensure data protection and content security compliance
• Administer business systems and creative production tools, provide Mac/PC user support, and troubleshoot issues
• Act as point of contact for clients on content security and coordinate vendors/contractors

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in Systems/Tool Implementation, Technology Planning, Tech Support, AI Integrations, and Vendor Management
• Deep knowledge of creative production and business tools: Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, Adobe, Maxon, ServiceNow, Active Directory
• Experience leveraging AI and machine learning for technology workflows
• Knowledge of Apple and PC products, content security management, and compliance
• Strong communication, attention to detail, time, and project management skills
