Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Architect and design enterprise-grade Windows infrastructure and scalable Azure-based architectures.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Office 365.
• Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives utilizing Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex system issues and mentor junior administrators.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and support of virtual environments using VMware vSphere.
• Implement and manage security policies and M365 Conditional Access Policies to meet agency baselines.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Systems Administration.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT systems administration and infrastructure oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Must be able to work hybrid-remote with onsite presence in Alexandria, VA.

Nice to have

• Azure DevSecOps experience.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or VMware Certified Professional.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or Perl.
