What you will do

• Design, implement and maintain Windows endpoint environment, including management, patching, security and automation.
• Evaluate new end user computing technologies for enterprise use.
• Develop standard work environments ensuring usability, performance and security.
• Automate end user support, software packaging and scripting tasks using PowerShell.
• Administer Configuration Manager and Intune, including metrics and reporting.
• Leverage DEX tools and AI (Gemini, Copilot) for optimization, insights and efficiency.
• Coach internal support teams and follow ITIL Change Management processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years using Intune/Configuration Manager for Windows device management and deployment
• 2+ years automating tasks with PowerShell for service desk and desktop support
• Experience with Windows patching (Autopatch, WSUS, SUG, ADR, 3rd party).
• Application packaging and distribution via Configuration Manager.
• Graduate/Post graduate in BE/Btech, ME/MTech or MCA preferred.
• Excellent communication, prioritization; able to work independently in AGILE-SCRUM.

• Hybrid Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Azure.
