What you will do
- Understand internal financial processes and 's business operations including revenue recognition, inventory management, and warranty expense booking.
- Gain knowledge of Oracle ERP and other accounting applications, plus global payroll processes and HCM integration.
- Prepare journal entries for monthly General Ledger activity and adjusting entries.
- Analyze financial information for statements of operations, assets, liabilities, and capital.
- Assist with internal/external reporting requirements including SEC filings (10Q, 10K) and audit processes.
- Research technical accounting matters and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate Senior-level student studying Accounting or Finance.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, problem-solve, and think strategically.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs.
