Base Pay Range Per Hour: $21.00 - $31.00

What you will do

• Assist with preparation and maintenance of financial records and compiling reports.
• Participate in financial close process including general ledger, SEC reporting, tax, cost accounting, and forecasting.
• Compile and process Purchase Orders, Check Requisitions, Employee Requests, Sales Reports, and other forms.
• Analyze financial data using Tableau, Workiva, and Excel.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments.
• Assist with finance-related projects and perform administrative functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 1+ years of college experience in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and standard office tools.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple projects.
• Must adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant regulations.
