What you will do

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with client invoicing, billing workflows, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and expense tracking.
• Review financial data and transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with reconciliation and monthly finance-related processes.
• Support the Finance team with operational and administrative accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Somerville, MA (4 days a week).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
