Professional Services Manager

Location: Remote (United Kingdom). Up to 15% travel required.

What you will do

• Ensure services are delivered correctly, billed accurately, and implemented on time.
• Partner with sales on deal scoping, presentations, RFP responses, and SOW generation.
• Serve as senior point of contact for client escalations and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team financials, profitability, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Provide project management, strategic updates to leadership, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Manage team including staffing, performance reviews, coaching, and career development.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience at Software, SaaS, or consulting company
• 3+ years project management experience (planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholders, risks)
• 2+ years people management experience
• Exceptional mentorship, leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Experience scoping services projects with sales for enterprise software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
