Salary: $129,000 – $187,000 USD / $127,000 – $169,500 CAD

What you will do
- Lead and scale multi-layered technical onboarding teams, managing both managers and senior ICs.
- Define and evolve engagement models, playbooks, and execution standards for technical implementation.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product leaders to align strategy and ensure cohesive customer guidance.
- Act as a senior escalation point for high-risk or complex customer technical challenges.
- Drive hiring strategy, talent development, and capacity planning across multiple functions.
- Translate technical signals into organizational strategy and roadmap feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in post-sale SaaS roles such as Implementation, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering.
- 4+ years of people management experience, including demonstrated progression to managing managers.
- Proven track record of supporting customers in complex, security-focused technical environments.
- Strong technical foundation in SSO, SCIM, directory services (AD, Okta, Azure AD), APIs, and SaaS architectures.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
