Implementation Manager

What you will do

• Lead implementations for new and existing customers, including onboarding, training, and go-live planning.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and communications with stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery, planning, and enablement sessions to define scope and success criteria.
• Serve as primary customer contact, managing expectations and building trust throughout delivery.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align on goals, ROI, and post-implementation support.
• Identify risks, manage changes, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in SaaS implementation, professional services, consulting, or project management
• Experience leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management skills: planning, risk management, facilitation, and communication.
• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, SSO, integrations, data migration, and configurations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
