Salary: from 3 800 EUR (gross) + performance bonus up to 15% twice per year

What you will do

• Partner with Key Account Managers and client stakeholders to build long-term relationships
• Own operational scope for assigned services including handover to operations and post-handover management
• Estimate, plan, track, and report progress against scope, timeline, and budget; manage variances
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution and communication
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation, and ensure operations stay on track
• Apply and improve delivery standards, methodologies, and tools

Requirements

• Experience in project/service/operations delivery for enterprise/corporate clients
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Hands-on experience with SLA/KPI setup, tracking, and reporting
• Ability to manage priorities, risks, and cross-team dependencies
• Leadership experience or clear readiness to lead a team
• Process mindset focused on continuous improvement, structure, and accountability

Nice to have

• Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or similar technical delivery environments
• Exposure to operations handover, support, and maintenance models
