Location: Remote - UK based (London based role), Working Hours: 3pm - 12am
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + uncapped OTE

What you will do
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across outbound, inbound, events, referrals, and strategic account research.
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects through personalized outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person channels.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, urgency, decision process, and fit for services.
- Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM with accurate notes, next steps, and forecasting.
- Build repeatable outbound playbooks by testing messaging, personas, sequences, and segments.
- Provide structured feedback from prospects to refine positioning and product experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, client-facing sales, recruiting, partnerships, or another high-ownership commercial role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to make complex topics clear and credible
- High emotional intelligence and comfort building trust with prospects on high-consideration decisions
- Organized and process-driven to manage high-volume outreach with personalization
- Comfortable in fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
- Strong research instincts to understand prospects, companies, markets, or use cases
- Resilient, coachable, motivated by measurable goals, with bias toward action and experimentation
