TL;DR

Business Development Rep - Tech Sales: Lead prospecting efforts into dedicated territories to fuel top-of-funnel opportunities through cold outreach on phone, email, and social media. Location: Hybrid in Westlake/Dallas, TX office (Tue-Thu onsite, Mon/Fri remote)

Salary: $57,000 - $95,000 USD (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Partner with sales reps to develop messaging, target personas, and account strategies.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and create targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Engage prospects via outbound calls, emails, social messaging, and events.
  • Qualify leads, generate opportunities, and transfer to sales representatives.
  • Track pipeline, prepare reports and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified appointments and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Hybrid schedule requires on-site work in Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tue-Thu
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn sales.
  • No previous professional experience required.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
