TL;DR

Location: On-site in Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid: Remote Wednesdays)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 OTE (including $60,000 base)

What you will do

  • Create personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to earn real conversations.
  • Perform account research and organizational mapping for target enterprise accounts.
  • Participate in early-stage discovery calls with the CEO and Enterprise AE.
  • Tailor the company's value proposition to different stakeholders.
  • Refine prospecting, messaging, and sales skills through continuous feedback and coaching.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B sales, or an ambitious recent graduate.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY.
  • Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence.
  • Competitive mindset and resilience in chasing high-value leads.
  • Ability to adapt outreach strategies for complex buying committees.
