What you will do

• Identify and engage high-caliber candidates using passive and active sourcing techniques.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and create compelling job descriptions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with OFCCP, EEO, HIPAA, and other applicable laws.
• Monitor industry trends and compensation benchmarks to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate the offer process in accordance with company budget guidelines and fair pay standards.

Requirements

• 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2 years of specific experience in technical recruiting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice to have

• Experience working within one or more ATS systems.
• Experience with compensation negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
