Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Compensation: $65K – $90K OTE

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from initial sourcing strategy and scheduling to offer negotiation and closing.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical and non-technical roles to build an evergreen talent bench.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and design standardized interview rubrics.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a high-touch, professional, and transparent candidate experience.
- Own and optimize the hiring tech stack (Ashby), ensuring data integrity and reporting on pipeline health.
- Support People Ops initiatives, including employer branding, onboarding journeys, and HR process optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in high-performing corporate in-house or agency recruiting environments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Must be based in the US.
- Advanced proficiency with modern ATS platforms like Ashby or Greenhouse.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
