What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end Third-Party Validation Testing across hirify.global Automotive projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between third-party validation testing teams and project stakeholders.
• Maintain a master Validation Test Plan to ensure alignment with project maturity gates.
• Track validation test requests, execution status, and mitigation plans using approved tools.
• Collaborate with Compliance Managers to prepare Validation Test Reports and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to the development of the internal knowledge base and improve validation processes.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in technical project management with formal training in the field.
• Academic degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ALM tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest or Lodz as required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), CMMI, or ASPICE for Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, ISO/SAE 26262, or other relevant automotive standards.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and V-model development.
