What you will do

• Lead pre-sales activities and end-to-end project delivery within the Advanced Technologies Group.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and satisfaction levels.
• Oversee project quality, plan iterations, and resolve critical blockers.
• Allocate team workload, conduct staffing, and monitor individual performance.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful closure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of extensive experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Traditional and Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, and MS Office.
• English: Confident written and verbal communication skills required for a multicultural setup.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.
