What you will do

• Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all core ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across internal teams and external vendors.
• Partner with engineers and architects to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks and user stories.
• Provide transparent status reporting to leadership and manage expectations regarding delivery scope, quality, and timelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
