What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and tech initiatives from planning to release
• Create and maintain roadmaps for multiple projects and scrum teams, track dependencies
• Proactively identify delivery risks and facilitate mitigation plans with stakeholders
• Work closely with Product Owners to support outcome-focused project execution
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across teams and promote Agile best practices
• Collect and analyze metrics across scrum teams to improve flow and predictability
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; act as primary point of contact
• Communicate delivery status transparently to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-7 years as Project Manager in Agile environment
• English B2 (upper-intermediate) minimum
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, high-level technical design, API integrations
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, dependencies, and cross-business unit planning
• Understanding of Scrum; experience managing multiple scrum teams
• Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (functional and non-functional)
• Risks and issues management, including proactive identification and mitigation
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart or similar
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, data-driven decisions
