Project Manager (AI Health Tech): Own and improve internal reporting cadences, scale AI-powered automations for operational processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives with an accent on removing bottlenecks and ensuring alignment. Location: Fully remote from Cyprus, Europe, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Poland. Office in Limassol (Hybrid) or remote for candidates outside Cyprus.

What you will do

• Own bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials for accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and scale AI automations for reporting and operations; identify new automation opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional processes like rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding, and bottleneck resolution.
• Monitor KPIs and resources across teams; prepare reports and propose solutions for issues.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc tasks: research, vendor coordination, contract reviews, candidate pre-screening.
• Partner with PMs, leads, and leadership for priority alignment, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in project management, operations, or similar in tech/product environments.
• Experience owning reporting cycles for various audiences.
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation (LLM workflows, no-code/low-code).
• Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience in cross-functional processes: onboarding, retrospectives, rollouts.
• Comfort with ambiguity, multiple workstreams, deadlines, and independent operation.
• Strong communication to distill complex info; high discretion and collaboration skills.
