What you will do

• Lead CRO laboratory projects from conception through close-out, including assay development and clinical testing.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource planning.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact to translate project plans into actionable results.
• Coordinate biorepository, sample management, and logistics for global client studies.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement.
• Monitor operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field (e.g., engineering).
• Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories within a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech company.
• English: C1 level (fluent speaking, writing, and comprehension) required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain, or the UK.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10-25%).
