What you will do

• Partner with sales during presales to explain professional services and propose implementation plans based on client discovery.
• Lead transition from sales to implementation, defining scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Act as trusted advisor and single point of accountability during onboarding.
• Monitor delivery progress, facilitate communication between teams and customers, and manage changes or challenges.
• Build trust and position hirify.global as a long-term strategic partner through positive client experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation roles in SaaS or technology.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to executive and operational audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing client expectations and aligning stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles in maintenance engineering or digital transformation.
• MBA or PMP certification.
